He may have been dead for 300 years but the guy knew what he was doing. For example, did you know that at the age of 21 he was penniless but by the age of 28 he was independently wealthy.
He credits this ‘transformation’ to a series of ‘virtues’ he followed over a 13 week period.

Each week we follow and practice just one of each of the virtues. For instance we’re just about to start a week we call ‘let go’ where we learn about the things that hold people back. We also find things we can forgive that have taken up too much of our mental energy.
What happens is that you receive an email every day reminding you to practice. It comes with some thoughts and reasoning behind the virtue that week.
Other virtues we practice are:

- Enthusiasm
- Truth
- Waste
And so on.
